Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
This sauce is SO good and SO easy to make. I added 4 cloves of fresh, minced garlic to the butter. The sauce didn't "come together" until I started adding the milk. We used this sauce on a homemade chicken, spinach and onion pizza. YUM! Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe.

Bread Machine Calzone
I did not use a bread machine for this recipe. Here is what I did.... I added the yeast and sugar to very warm water to my Kitchen Aid mixer bowl and l let the mixture sit for 10 minutes (until bubbly). Then, I added the flour, salt and milk. I mixed in the mixer for 5 minutes with the dough hook. Then, I covered the bowl and let it sit in a warm spot for 1 hour, punched the dough down, rolled out on a cornmeal covered pan, filled and baked. AWESOME!!! I doubled the recipe, filled 1 with ham and cheese and the other calzone with sauteed onion, garlic, spinach and feta cheese. The dough was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I will definitely be making these again. Super easy, too!! Thank you, Kevin K. for sharing this recipe.

Perfect Pita Chips
These are great chips. A little too thick for us, so here is what I did.... I used the tip of a very sharp knife to poke the pita around the edges. I then peeled the pita into 2 thin rounds. I brushed the insides with oil and seasoned with kosher salt (and whatever seasonings you choose). Then I flipped the rounds over and brushed the outsides. I was able to get 4 rounds (2 whole pita breads) per cookie sheet. I baked at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, turned over and baked for another 7 minutes. I have insulated cookies sheet, so it always takes longer to bake things. I will make these again! Thanks for sharing your recipe.
