Everytime I make homemade waffles they turn out very good, but they are a bit too cake like and pancakish.  I wonder if anyone knows how to get nice CRIPSY waffles.  I have tried the recipes on here and they give me very good Waffles but not crispy.  Any ideas?  Would more oil be the way to go? Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler
This was good but the topping is not my favorite. Next time I will utilize the brown sugar with the write sugar with my normal recipe. Like the brown sugar addition.

Waffles I
I must say this recipe is very good. I need more flavor so I may follow other rec and add more vanilla and sugar. Also I will seperate the eggs. Thanks for the recipe.

Buttery Soft Pretzels
THese are great! They did stick to the pan pretty bad because of the soda/water mixture. But I will make these over and over again. BTW used all fo the ingredients but put all liquids in together and then added the dry mixture (salt last).
