Apple Cole Slaw
I liked this recipe alot , the only thing I changed was that I omited the green onion and red pepper, and instead added 1/3 red onion and extra lemon and used agave syrup instead of brown sugar. It was sweet and crunchy and savoury all at once! I tried this recipe with walnuts and it was delicious as well!

Simple Turkey Chili
Delicious! I did add the following thou: 1 red and 1 green pepper, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup green onions and some parsley. I fried it all up with the onions, garlic and turkey. I also added mushrooms in the end and did NOT add water and it came out great.! I guess this is a whole new recipe with my additions, but its a great starting point!
