Use 3 cups of cooked pumpkin. I spent so much time looking for this info elsewhere that I am not giving this 5 stars. (I used part of a larger pumpkin). It took me about 45 to cook my big sections of the large pumpkin I used (in a dish with water, covered w/ foil at 375F) (next time I will cook it in the pressure cooker in 5 mins!). The 2nd reason is, I much prefer adding the separate spices. I used 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup Splenda. Sweetness was perfect and flavor was mellow and home-made, different from those overpowering store-bought ones. It is wonderful making it from scratch - Highly recommend it! This was my first time and it came out perfect! Thanks for the recipe!!
