Very, very good. I used half this recipe for 4 steaks, and I even used half of half of the soy sauce (1/4 of the called recipe). This got mutually agreed upon by my wife and I as a marinade we will definitely have to do again. I used the extra marinade instead of A1 sauce on my steak and thought it was excellent.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

We made this for some friends last night. This was excellent. Marinaded our veggies at the same time (onion, peppers, mushrooms, yellow squash) and add it all to the skewers then grilled on foil (which helped keep the flavor in). This will definitely be on our regular meal plan from now on.

Fish with Tahini Sauce

Not 100% disgusting, but I didn't like it at all. My wife thought this too lemony, and I thought it was too "sesame seedy". The parsley helped mellow this out. I won't be making this again.

Popcorn Salad

Very good. I tried this today. Sounds weird, but it works well. One of our daughters thought it was a little heavy on the celery. She wasn't impressed, but she said she'd eat it again.

Herbed Corn

Very good. Better than just plain ole corn. We didn't have all fresh herbs, but probably would give this a 5 if fresh herbs were used next time. Scaled down for 3 servings. Our kids asked for 2nds, which doesn't happen with the plain corn. I had 3rds.

Bananas Foster Chimichangas

Awesome! I used smaller tortillas. I drizzled chocolate sauce and maple syrup on the plates first, added the Bananas Foster, then dusted with confectioner's sugar. What a hit!

Lola's Horchata

This was much better tasting than I thought it might be. It's like drinking rice pudding. This went so fast at our party that I wished I made more. The bottom of the pitcher was a lost glassful due to the spices and rice bits at the bottom. We used brown rice instead of white rice and it was delicious.
