Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad
Turned out GREAT! It's nice not to have to use the packaged stuff. I did use fresh tomato instead of can, and it turned out perfect.

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
Very good. I put it on the lemon sugar tea cookies from here. Love them both.

Lemon Sugar Tea Cookies
Awesome. I have wanted lemon cookies for weeks and finally made them. I didn't have lemon extract or I used half of a lemon juiced and the zest from it. Turned out GREAT!
