Broiled Grapefruit

Yum, this is a great winter breakfast. I wasn't sure I'd like the grapefruit with sugar & cinnamon, but it tastes great. I did leave off the butter, though. Also, I just cut around the slices and left them in the shell. Lastly, I cooked it a little longer so it's warm all the way through. Healthy, a little sweet, warm & comforting. Thanks!

Fajita Marinade I

Oh my, this was wonderful. Using other suggestions I used worstershire and we like it spicy so upped the cayenne to 1 teaspoon, added 1/2 teaspoon cumin and some jalapeno juice. WOW, THIS IS GOOD!

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

I just haven't gotten around to rating this YUMMY recipe. We have made it dozens of times. This is a wonderful recipe. It makes a very impressive dinner for guests who rave about it.
