Delicious Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
I skipped the celery and just used celery salt because I don't love cooked celery. I also used a ckn bouillon cube instead of the suggested broth for more flavor. I thought it was easier to just melt the butter and pour on top then to mix in the bag. I added frzn broccolli for my veggie and I thought it came out great. Leftover were pasty so plan on eating the 1st night.

It sounds like a good concept but the prosciutto comes out like rubber.

Loved it! I added Old Bay to season the fish more and cilantro to the cabbage mix. This would be a great dish for a party.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
This was pretty good. I cut down on the butter and used olive oil instead which seemed to work nicely especially with pasta. I don't like mustard at all but I thought this was great(didn't taste like mustard at all). I used Grey Poupon maybe that's why. Good recipe-Thanks!

Really liked these..I did add some vanilla to the batter as others suggested and I also used the Splenda brown sugar to help a bit with the calories. Yummy and easy!

Just ok. Followed recipe to exact instructions. Tasted like flavored mayo to me. Needs some green onion or chives perhaps.

Broiled Chicken with Roasted Garlic Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
This was really great with a few modifications. #1 at the very least use a high quality parmesan such a parmigiano reggiano. That is where the most flavor will come from. Other tips bake the garlic at least 45 mins so that it really softens and bake the chicken at the same time. No need to take the extra step to broil. I took anothers advice and sprinkled some old bay seasoning on top for added flavor.Ymmm Also I made a rue instead of following the directions. I even used only 1/2% milk and it came out nice and thick like I wanted. I had green onions ready and waiting for extra flavor but did not need them since I used good cheese. I will surely make this again!

Best Hot Crab Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2008
Really great dip! I think the bad reviews are from people who just don't know what they are doing. My changes... I did not put in the capers since I did not have any. I used high quality cheeses which I am sure helps. I used canned crabmeat nothing fancy but I think it would be even better with a higher quality lump crab meat. Took this to my family of very picky eaters and they really loved it. Thanks!!
