We really liked this. I made a few changes that worked for us. I substituted lowfat yogurt for the sour cream and added a can of diced tomatoes to some leftover jars of marinara I had in the fridge. I doctored the sauce with extra spices (garlic, onion, oregano, basil, etc.) which made it so tasty. I also used higher protein spiral pasta instead of the egg noodles to cut down on the carbohydrate content. My husband loved it. He couldn't figure out what was in it but scarfed it down. A big hit!
