Sweet and Sour Sauce II
I absolutely LOVE sweet and sour sauce but I don't eat chicken, so I don't get to eat it very often. This recipe is SUPERB and totally fixed my craving. I made it exactly as the recipe called, only adding a dash of soy sauce, some jalapeno peppers and some scallions. I put it over my veggie chicken and brown rice. I am so happy, you have totally made my day with this recipe. I have lots of leftovers and will use it over tofu. Thank you!!

Super Sausage Gravy
I grew up in Ohio so I was at Bob Evans every Sunday morning! Now I live in Jersey and there are none to be found, so we were craving some good down home food. I made this with a few alterations, using 1% milk and Boca sausage to cut down on some of the fat and calories. Still tasted exactly like what I remember! Thank you Bob for bringing a little bit of home to us on the east coast.

Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits
I made this exactly as directed (except for more cayenne and some black pepper) and they were perfect! Thank you so much for this. I made them with sausage gravy and it was a divine breakfast! We will be making them for out of town guests too.
