Sweet Potato Casserole I
I over cooked my sweet potatoes and came here to find a alternate recipe and I came across this one. I used 12 sweet pototes so I had to make the measurements 4 times as much. It turned out really good. The thing is next time I will not use the orange zest. I didn't even use a full tablespoon and it was too much of an orange flavor. I would also add cinnamon and nutmug.

Juicy Two-Stage Thanksgiving Turkey Marinade
My turkey turned out so well. It had an awesome flavor to it. I was scared that the brine was going to make it salty, but it didn't. It was very moist and tender. This is going to be ther only way I make my turkeys for now on!

Baked Ham
Very good. I marinated the ham in Cherry pepsi the night before. Before I cooked it I scored the ham, made the diamond cuts, coated it with brown sugar, cloves, pineapples and cherries. It was very good, tender and moist! My co-worker also tried the recipe and said this is the first time her ham went the first day! She used maple syrup in addition to the brown sugar, pineapples, and cherries.
