Baked Potato Soup
I give this a 5 star rating due to my husband liking this recipe. When he heard I was making potato soup he pulled a box of macaroni and cheese off the shelf. Once he tried the soup however the boxed macaroni went cold on the back burner. :) After reading the other reviews though, I added the 1/4 tsp Thyme and I used 5 TBSP flour and cooked it down to the thickness that I liked. Thank you for the great recipe!

Caramel-Filled Chocolate Cookies
As i was mixing the cookies my husband cam up and smelled it and said that it smelled awfull and he didnt want to try them. but once they were done I made him try one and when he did a huge smile came onto his face and he gave me the biggest hug! And he said they were the best!

Jalapeno Chicken II
I rate this recipe the absolute best! This is my husbands’ favorite dish; I bake it in the oven with all the Italian dressing at 375-400 F and the time varies depending how thick I stuff the chicken. I mix cheddar with the cream cheese like the others suggest and depending on how big and thick your peppers are, the time will take longer with thicker or bigger peppers. Avg,. Time cooking I would say 1 hour.
