EASY!!! This is a quick recipe. We like carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Used the recipe exactly. Have a Jenn-Air convection oven took 9 mins. This is definitely a keeper. I will try a lot of different cake mixes. This is a great recipe to use if your cake mixes are getting close to the "Best Used by" date.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

GREAT recipe! I never ate zucchini bread until I tried this recipe. All these stars. When I make this bread I usually make 3 shorter loaves as everyone would cut a slice in half. I also use this recipe for banana bread. Just sub 2 cups of mashed banana instead of zucchini.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
