This was soooo good! We had different family members visiting throughout last month. I made this bread for breakfast each time & served with fruit salad. Easy! Everyone has loved it (I also added pecans & raisins). Thanks very much for this recipe.

Texas Hash

This was wonderful -- true comfort food and so easy! My husband absolutely loved it. I used regular rice rather than minute rice (cooking it longer, of course). I thought the amount of rice in the recipe was perfect. We'll definitely be making it again. Thanks for a great recipe.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

This recipe is fantastic. I've made it twice -- once using white cooking wine and once with chicken stock. The chicken stock version rocks! It's so easy to make -- thanks for a great recipe.

Lettuce with Hot Bacon Dressing

Wonderful Raspberry Walnut Dinner Salad

This salad is great! While I was preparing it, my husband teased me about what a "girl " salad I was making (we're newly married). But he LOVED it. The only thing I will change for the future is a little less cranberries & vinaigrette (just personal taste).
