WOW. This is a keeper. I always try to make recipes just as listed but I was out of a couple items. I used white wine instead of chicken broth; Sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained. After tasting the divine sauce, I was on a roll and felt like a barefoot and pregnant real italian girl. I sliced and floured the chicken before cooking it in equal parts of butter and olive oil. Yum from a different italian recipe I love. Sauce needs to be doubled - and yes, I think sliced fresh mushrooms would have been nice to add. BUT - I highly recommend making it just like it is because I know it would be great. Then have fun Italianing it up because with you can't really go wrong, no matter what extras you add.
