Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2012
Really Amazing and Juicy Chicken! I added half an onion to the cavity as well as the celery stalk. My husband said it was even better than our tried and tested bi-monthly recipe and my boys ate everything on their plates.

Tuna Noodle Supreme

VERY GOOD! Even my picky eater liked it. I made a little less since our four are not real big eaters. I topped it panko bread crumbs for a little crunch.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: May 17, 2010
A huge hit with my family. I used Italian herbs and spices (basil, rosemary, garlic) along with salt & pepper instead of the salad dressing mix because I didn't have that on hand. I also just cooked it on the stove instead of baking because I needed it ready sooner. DELICIOUS!!!

Mom's Best Waffles

Yummy! A big hit with my boys and easy enough for my husband to make. I added a tsp of vanilla extract and chocolate chips for chocolate chips waffles. Thanks for sharing!

Easy Mini Quiches

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
This is an awesome little recipe. I used five eggs (instead of three) and 2/3 cup of buttermilk biscuit mix (instead of 3/4 cup). It was not at all rubbery like a previous reviewer stated nor did it taste more like muffins than quiche. I was very happy with the way they turned out! My friends loved it and asked me to share the recipe and even my picky three yr old loved them. Will definitely make again!

Ham and Bean Bake

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2008
Very yummy! It got rave reviews from both my husband and two year old son (who said "tis ish nummy mommy"). I made it with gluten free flour and it really hides that "different" taste that flour has. Will certainly make again!

Berry Cornmeal Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
Delicious! I sub'd GF flour for all-purpose flour and apple sauce for the egg to allow for my son's allergies and it was a big hit.
