I made these with my Cooking Class Students for an appreciation dinner our school gave for our school board - these bruschetta equal job security! EVERYONE ate up all 320 bruschetta we prepared as appetizers! Awesome recipe!

Quick and Easy Brownies

I like these just the way they are. I've made them as written a few times now and they've been appreciated. This last time I made them I used 1 Cup of white Sugar and 1 Cup of Brown Sugar and it was good too! I grew up using box mixes for brownies and I enjoy this "from scratch" recipe because it is as easy as the box recipes and just as tasty! Thank you for this one!

Ginger Creams

These cookies are a Christmas favorite of our family. I believe my mother uses this same recipe from Betty Crocker's Cookie Cookbook. They are soft, not overly sweet (even with a light frosting on top), and the blend of spices makes them unique and exciting among all of the other Christmas cookie choices (Chocolate or Vanilla anyone?) I am so pleased to see this recipe on allrecipes.com. Don't be afraid of doubling it because these cookies go quickly!

Banana Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies disappear! They are cake-like, flavorful, and not overpoweringly sweet. I like to use MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS instead of the regular sized ones. My mother also passed this recipe on to me when I got married!
