Bill and Annette's One Pot Kraut Special

Excellent dish for the New Years tradition. No peach flavored tea so used some Craisins. Also added some thyme to flavor the pork. Had to go out to store to get apples so added after first 2 hours of cooking and cooked to perfection. The juices of apple and craisins really added some great taste.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

This is it...the real deal. I am not from chi-town but my best friend is and as a surprise made these delicious treats before he left the states - he thought I went to Chicago to get "the real deal". The juices were amazing and the meat fabulous. We made them wet with melted mozzarella. The only thing that was missing was the Italian Giardineria. Will definitely make again.

Sweet Potato Casserole III

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Family loved it for a little zip in the traditional mashed potatoes. Added in several red potatoes with skin on for a little texture and color. Thanks for making thanksgiving a hit.
