These are okay, I messed up and didnt melt the butter it was just softened, so I think that must have made them not bake right, it took about 40 min and they are still doughy. May try them again.

Best Bread Machine Bread

My Mom just gave me her bread machine and I couldn't wait to use it. All the reviews raved about this recipe I thought I would just try it. First off it was very easy to do and the smell in my kitchen was wonderful while it was baking, the kids kept asking when it would be done, we cut it while it was still hot and put real butter on it and it was just so darn good. We will have it for breakfast maybe toasted with honey. Followed the recipe directions and did add 1/2 tsp more salt. This was great will be making again real soon. Thanks!!!!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Yummy!!! Took the advise from other reviews and increased the flour and peanut butter 1/4 cup each and added 1tsp of vanilla. Baked at 350 for 10-11 min. Thanks for the great recipe.

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

I thought this was good, the meatloaf had a good flavor and held together well. I didnt love the topping, I used apricot preserves instead of pineapple and it was really sweet. I would leave out the preserves next time and only use ketchup and brown sugar.

Best Tuna Casserole

This was really good. I did change it a bit though, I only had one can of cream of mushroom soup, so to make it creamier I used a can of evaporated milk and didnt add the mushrooms and it turned out GREAT. It was so creamy and cheesey and the kids loved it, I also didnt have potato chips for the top so I used crushed ritz crackers. I will be making this a lot during lent. Thanks!!!!

Oven Fried Chicken IV

Well we didnt just love this. I thought it was just ok. I used chicken breast instead of a whole chicken and I bought pre made corn flake crumbs so they were really fine and that might have not given the chicken a real fried taste. It was more just like breaded bake chicken. It might have been better if I would have crushed my own corn flakes, because I would not have crushed them so finely. Might try it agian.
