I love baking cakes and pies, I love cooking too just about anything. My family loved that Italian Sausage Soup, Candied Chicken, Lattice Apple Pie and a handful of others.

Butter Cookies II
I just finished trying to make these cookies taste better so I added a few more splashes of vanilla extract, for a sweeter taste 1/4 cup more white sugar. I did not refrigerate the dough. I cooked them in a 400F oven for 8 minutes for the golden brown color under the cookie.The jury is in and they are better than the original recipe. I would personally stay with the butter cookie recipe I added in my recipe box. It's a ton better. I dream of the taste of it's goodness. I hope this helps anyone trying to improve this recipe. Good luck! You'll need it!

Butter Cookies V
OMG! These cookies are soooo good. I didn't do the log thing but they still came out awesome. I made these for a birthday party and everyone loved them. It was so easy, I can't wait to find excuse to make them again. I added this one to my recipe box. A++++

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies I
I love this recipe. I make some changes, I used 1/2 cup butter and a whole can of pumpkin, I omitted the nuts and used real semi sweet morsels, sometimes I add rasins.I also at more spices ( nutmeg, cinnamon or just use pumpkin pie spice) I really like the texture which is soft but its holds it shape well. everytime I make these I get good comments on them.
