This soup was AWESOME - one of the best I've ever made! I made a few changes - for the liquid, I used boxed broth supplemented with water, 1 clove of garlic (minced), a couple of teaspoons of Knorr Dry Chicken Flavor Bouillon (known as Caldo Con Sabor de Pollo - from the Mexican market), half and half (instead of milk), and a shank bone, from a left over half ham (Baked the day before, with plenty of meat still on it). The entire family said "WOW!” I am thinking of making this again using a turkey carcass and will definitely make again, as previously done. Thank you for sharing!
