Baby Back Ribs

These were delisious but next time I will add salt or some type of seasoning before adding more bb-que sauce under broiler. I did add a rub under sauce before regridgerating ant that was not enough. So tender and most of the grease is gone. Maybe next time just add rub after cooking before broiling.

Best Egg Rolls

This was a great and different change that the kids as well as hubby loved. They had a great flavor and were not too complicated. Served with Husion sauce, hot mustard, and Soy sauce.

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

We loved this, however, I used whole milk and it took longer in the freezer to set up. I also only used 3/4 tsp. peppermint and next time I will only use 1/2 tsp. I also used 3/4 tsp. vanilla and it was fine.

Coq au Vin alla Italiana

I doubled the tomatoes and cooked it in my 9 qt. cast iron pot as all others said that it was too much for a regular frying pan. It turned out great and I served it over egg noodles. I put the left over noodles in the bottom of a plastic container placed sauce minus thigh bones on top and it froze beautifuly. Upon thaw I layed 4 cooked chicken breasts on top sprinkle 1 C mozz. cheese and baked for another great meal.

Horseradish Sauce

This was spectacular and I loved the flavor. I used extra hot horseradish and it turned out wonderful. Not to hot for even the tenderest of pallets.

Baked Cod with Roasted Red Pepper Horseradish Sauce

I used fresh peppers (red and orange) and roasted them on the stove. It was very good but next time I will add a dash or two of salt. I put the cajun mix in my processor until crumbled. It definately added a good punch and flavor. As others have said the horseradish sauce that I got from this site was wonderful and I will use it by itself for future prime rib etc.

Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast

Doubled the recipe and just used 2-4 oz. jars and it was fine. I rinsed only one jar and was just right for salt. Family loved it.

Beef Pot Roast

Used my cast iron slow cooker. I think you can use any good size roast w/ this recipe. Make sure to brown for 4 min. on all sides, very important to keep meat juicy. I also added veges to bottom of pan,with fresh basil and oregano.w/ 1 can beef stock. I used meat tenderizer w/ spices forked into meat. 2 packets of onion soup mix w/ water. I also would cut time to 15 mins 325 and 1 hour at 275 then let sit for 30.
