Yum yum! These were perfect! Exactly what I was looking for - a yummy, fruit-filled, not too sweet oatmeal cookie!
I didn't have any plain (all-purpose) flour to hand, so I used wholewheat flour instead, which worked just fine! Take them out when they are still quite gooey and leave to cool completely on the baking trays - they will be gorgeously soft!
