Used equal parts honey and dijon. Try using Panko breading for this. We did and it was fantastic. Dipped in sauce and then rolled in Italian flavored Panko. Turned the sauce into a reduction and then drizzled over the chicken before serving. Outstanding!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Very big time savor. I did find that the chicken needed to be stirred every so often to keep it from getting a "burnt" taste...even on low setting. Oh, and make extra sauce. Otherwise, good oveall recipe.

Great recipe here! I don't change a thing and it ALWAYS comes out great. Every time I make this marinade, I always end up printing out a copy for someone.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I've made this a few times when I've have guests over for lunch and it turned out great. I made very few minor adjustments (skipped the extra added salt). Served it with a small fresh salad and some fresh fruit for dessert. It was a HUGE hit! Just plan on making extra because everyone always wants seconds.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

good flavor in the meal overall. The chicken itself is a bit bland. I will make it again but I will definitely season the chicken with some sort of dry rub prior to rolling but after pounding to desired thickness.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Great recipe. I used 1/2 bone in thighs (cooked and then shredded and 1/2 breast. I also used reduced fat cheese and sour cream (added at the end) and it didn't detract from the taste at all. Served with a handful of tortilla chips.....OUTSTANDING!!
