This sauce was very tasty. Made a few changes...added some lemon and lime juices and a little red pepper. Was pretty easy to make, but had a hard time finding the Thai sauce to put in it. Had to go to bunch of different stores before I found it.

Sweet Chili Thai Sauce

A fun recipe. Very pungent when you start marking it, recommend a well ventilated area! I followed the advice of previous posters and used about half the sugar. Was delicious. Probably going to use a hotter pepper next time though as it lacked the kick I preffer.

Thai Chicken Balls

This recipe is awesome!!! I made these "burger style" for my future in-laws and they loved them. My future sister in-law ate two of them, then came on the website to check out the recipe and hated me when she saw the calories... burger style, try topping these with the Thai Mango Sauce also found on this site. Delicious!
