Pasta e Olio

I added some onions and put more garlic than called for on it because I knew these flavors would not be enough. I only added a few pepper flakes because I hate spicy foods. The dish was horrible. It was very oily and bland. There was no taste what-so-ever. I added some garlic, which saved this dish and made me able to eat it. I will not make this again.

Bananas Foster II

This was amazing! I kept out the walnuts because my mom is allergic. The vanilla ice cream just completes this dish!

Rocky Road Popcorn Truffles

Fudge

The best fudge I have ever made. My whole family loved it. I am making this again tomorrow for a party. This is a definite must for trying. I used one cup milk chocolate chips and two cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

I've been making pumpkin seeds for years like this and love it!! I do not measure anything and just put enough salt for my taste. This is a definite must try if you've never made pumpkin seeds before. It is my favorite part about Halloween!

Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

This was delicious! I make this all the time and it's easy to put your own spin on it each time. I added some sweet peppers and a touch of oregano and it was delicious. I cut up all the vegetables in a food processor. It saved a lot of time and it was easier to eat the veggies with the pasta.

COOL 'N EASY® Strawberry Pie

This was delicious and so simple to make! The only thing I would change is add more chopped strawberries in the pie. There just wasn't enough. Also, a homemade graham cracker crust tastes better than a store bought one. I will definitely make this one again. :)

Gnocchi Bake

I made this without the sausage because I am a vegetarian. It wasn't the best, but it was simple to make. It seemed like I could just sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on the gnocchis when they were on my plate and get the same thing.

This recipe was amazing. The only change I made last time I made it was I used northern beans instead of kidney beans (forgot to get the beans at the store so I used what I had). I also made the macaroni on the side and then added it when needed.
