Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2014
I did it exactly as the recipe said and it turned out amazing! Tastes just like store-bought breakfast sausage except it has a little bit of a kick, so if you/your kids are sensitive to spice, maybe add a little less red pepper. But it was delicious!

Zesty Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2010
So I don't know if I can totally rate THIS recipe because I changed it a lot since I didn't have a lot of the stuff, but what I did turned out really good! Instead of green onions, I used 1/2 of a regular onion (very finely diced). I didn't add the cheese, and instead of green chiles, I added some very finely diced green pepper. Then I also added lime juice from a whole lime. And I left out the olives....so maybe I should just create my own recipe since I changed it so much, but what I did turned out really good!

Yummy Bok Choy Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2010
Delicious! We added dried cranberries because it looked like they were in the picture, but they weren't in the recipe. This was SOOO good! We made it with a big family dinner and it got eaten up, but I also made it with just 2 of us. When I did that, I just kept the dressing separate and put the dressing on each individual portion just like having regular salad. Super yummy!

Whole Wheat Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2010
So yummy! I made this for a big get together, so I quadrupled the recipe, but it was so good and everyone loved it. It was SO easy! I just used boneless skinless chicken breast though...adds a little extra work, but it's what I had and turned out so good!

Turkey Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: May 31, 2009
Super delicious!!! I used ground turkey instead of "real" turkey, and I added a little fresh garlic in with the meat and onions (I don't even know if it needed it, I just did). But it was SOOOO good and very easy! I highly recommend it!

No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

It's alright if you're desperate and have no milk (which is why we tried this recipe). I prefer the no bake cookies with the milk instead.

Onion Chicken in Balsamic Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
This recipe turned out very well. I followed the suggestions of the person who said to cook the chicken and make the sauce while it's cooking and it turned out very well. I also made a few other changes due to lack of ingredients: 1. I didn't have enough balsamic vinegar, so I did about 1/4c. balsamic and 1/4c. apple cider vinegar. It turned out fine. 2. I didn't have sun-dried tomatoes, so I used drained diced tomatoes. I really like this addition. It adds something with a little more substance, especially when you serve it over pasta. A great recipe!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2008
Absolutely delicious!!! I didn't have steak sauce, so I used Worcestershire sauce, which works just as well and it's just as scrumptious! Definitely a winner! And you could use the sauce probably on anything, it's so good!

Texas Sheet Cake III

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2008
This was a delicious recipe! This was my first time making Texas sheet cake. It was for my husband's birthday and he said it was delicious. I also brought the extras to a get together and they loved it as well! I used the other comment's suggestion on adding lemon juice to milk instead of buttermilk and it worked very well. This is a great recipe and I highly recommend it!

Cheese Please Fondue

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
This recipe is very good! This was my first time doing cheese fondue and it turned out great! I used a different ranch as well, so it doesn't have to be the Hidden Valley. Thanks for the recipe!
