Banana Raisin Cake

This cake was very good - nice and moist. However, 1 1/2 hours is too long for baking time - one hour is sufficient.

These appetizers made a big hit at a dinner party I gave last week (the guests even asked to take home the leftovers I had!) I used sun-dried tomato tortillas - made the appetizer look really festive. A definite party pleaser - highly recommended if you want to get lots of compliments!

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

I have made many biscotti recipes but this was the best one to date. Easy to make, good consistency and taste delicious. Made it with almonds (toasted them first). It's a keeper!!

This soup was EXCELLENT! I omitted the red wine and pasta. Didn't have tomato sauce so I added a can of crushed tomatoes. It was more of a vegetable stew and as the other reviewers noted it certainly tasted better the next day!

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

Great recipe - I made it in a loaf pan (had to cook it longer than the recipe called for of course). Excellent moist texture.

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

Did not like this recipe at all. Certainly not enough sauce for a pound of pasta. Added some chicken stock to thin out sauce but still a thick gluey consistency. Would not make it again.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

This pie was fabulous!! Cross between cheesecake and cobbler. Brought it to my son's BBQ - everyone loved it - it was a big hit!! Very easy to make as well.
