This turned out pretty tasty. I agree the potatoes need to be cooked a little longer. I halved the recipe and added a sliced jalapeno for a little spice. Good the next day too!

Slow-Cooker Lasagne
I substituted spicy Italian sausage for the beef and there was no blandness here. Was ready at around 3 hours. Very good and I will make this again.

Hot Spinach Dip
Easy, cheesy and delicious! I also added some onion and garlic poweder, but that's it. Yummy!
