Cranberry Orange Loaf

A total HIT. I also made some with craisins instead of fresh cranberries, and the result was super yummy. This recipe is a KEEPER!

Eileen's Meatloaf

I dont even like meatloaf and thought this was good. My MIL gave it 5 stars, my hubs about 3...so I settled on 4. ;) It has a very light, almost creamy texture which my MIL and I enjoyed. Very tasty too! The flavors are simple but fabulous. :)
