Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

This is so good. I have made this three times and were always moist. I added nutmeg powder instead of cloves. Used my hand held mixer all the time, at lowest speed when adding pumpkin and flour. The third time I used sweet potato. It was as good as the pumpkin.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Delicious and dense. I lined the pan with parchment paper and baked it in water bath. This is my first time baking cheesecake and it came out nice, no crack.

Spanish Flan

Excellent flan. I reduced the amount of condensed milk to half or even less because it was too sweet for me. Taste as good as the one we had at our favorite mexican restaurant.

Grandma's Sour Cream Pound Cake

This cake is delicious. I halved the recipes and followed MommyfromSeattle's advice. I did not add mace but added blueberries. Yummy!!! I finally found a pound cake that I can bake successfully. Thank you so much.
