Green Chile Beef Tacos

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
This was delicious!! I made it exactly as written and it turned out perfect, I wouldn't add or change a thing. I can't wait to have the leftovers in enchiladas.

Peking Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2010
This is now my standard crockpot recipe for any cut of pork. I've done it now with chops, loin and country style ribs and it always turns out great. The blend of flavors is mouth watering, very flavorful. Other than the cut of meat, I don't change a thing and would recommend keeping it as is.

Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
Delicious!! This is the best sesame noodle recipe I've tried. I do adjust the amounts of ingredients, usually less oil, more sesame seeds and more chili sauce depending on how spicy I want it that day.

Easy Olive Oil, Tomato, and Basil Pasta

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
Quick & easy and wonderful flavors. Reminds me of a dish I always order at a local restaurant--glad I can now re-create it at home.

So thankful for this recipe--no more eating potatoes turned into wallpaper paste. Fast & easy and the final result is homemade comfort.

Creamy Italian White Bean Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
I was looking for something different to make for my weekday lunches and this is it! Flavorful, fragrant, filling without making you feel stuffed and/or bloated mid-day. The addition of the lemon gives it just the right amount of tang and the simplicity of the ingredients combines to make one powerful combination of tastes. The only change to the actual recipe I made was I used all chicken broth in place of the water, and I might have added a handful more of spinach.

Yum!!!! I used garlic infused olive oil and a dash of salt. These are delicious.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
On a lazy Sunday I wanted to make dinner without having to go to the store and using my crockpot if possible. I happened to have all the ingredients on-hand for this dish so I gave it a try. The only change I made was I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs since that's what I had. Delicious!! My husband couldn't stop raving about it. Leftovers were even better. Will definitely keep the ingredients in the house to make this regularly.

Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2009
Don't underestimate the simplicity of the ingredients and this recipe. The final outcome is fantastic!!! I was searching for a way to use a bag of mushrooms I forgot about and came upon this recipe. It will now become a regular. I love the leftovers on a salad--great flavors!

Alla Checca

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2009
Fantastic recipe. Made it exactly as written and it turned out perfect. At first I was hesitant about the amount of olive oil but it worked out okay because it had to cover 1 lb. of pasta. Delicious!

Grilled Zucchini II

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
Don't let this simple recipe go by untried. Saw that it was today's featured recipe, looked over at the huge zucchini on my counter from a neighbor's yard and thought why not give it a try? I did prepare it on my indoor grill, but I was pleased with the outcome and can't wait to have the leftovers on tomorrow's salad. I also did what other reviewers said and put parmesan cheese on top, but I think it would be great with or without.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
I made this with leftover ground beef and tortillas from tacos, so I did not use the taco seasoning the recipe called for. I also cut back on the cheese and the salsa (just trying to use the ingredients I had on-hand without having to purchase more ingredients) and set it on low for a little longer than the recipe called for and it turned out great.

Best Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
This was delicious, the lemon juice was a key ingredient. I don't like to review recipes that I've modified but I did do one thing differently to this recipe by using sliced up New York roast from a previous meal. This is an easy recipe and the end result is fantastic.

Chili Dog Casserole I

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
I will be making this instead of chili dogs from now on. I was a little skeptical and honestly worried about the bun/hot dog/chili ratio but in the end it was perfect and I wouldn't change a thing.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2008
Baking is not my thing, I tend to always mess something up along the way but this....this recipe is perfection and has stopped my search for the best chocolate chip cookie recipe. The only change I made was I omitted the nuts and had to add 2 minutes to the baking time (might be my oven). Perfect.

This recipe hit the spot for my craving for Mexican food. It was easy to prepare (I cooked the rice according to the package directions). I served it with tortilla chips and sour cream and it was enjoyed by everyone.

Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2008
My favorite way to prepare salmon, it comes out perfect everytime. Bonus is it's a stress-free recipe meaning if I don't have the rosemary, I can use other seasonings and it works just as well.

Tater Tot Hot Dish II

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2008
I made this recipe as directed with just one change--I added a can of drained green beans on top of the ground beef. It could have used a little more soup, so next time I will use 3 cans instead of 2, but it was a great casserole.
