Pumpkin Crumb Cake

Wow! This cake is wonderful! It was easy to make, looks pretty and taste fabulous! I will be having to run a few extra miles to work off the calories I will be consuming in this cake! I can't wait to grab a cold glass of milk and enjoy another piece! Thanks for a GREAT recipe!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

This was a very easy and very good recipe. My husband doesn't like any spaghetti sauce other than Ragu...he actually liked this! I made the following changes...substituted ground bison for the beef, used 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup oatmeal for the meatballs. For the sauce I used diced tomatoes seasoned with basil, oregano, and garlic (Red Gold). Great recipe!

15-Minute Herbed Chicken

This was the easiest, fastest and tastiest meal I have made! It is perfect when you have next to no time to cook! I wish Campbell's made the Herb soup with less sodium, but other than that this is a keeper!

Spicy Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup

I have never made black bean soup before so I am not sure if I did something wrong. While I like extremely spicy food the cayenne pepper was way too much. There was nothing tasty about this soup.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

This recipe was very good and very easy. The only change I made was to make my own crust. I used 1 3/4 cup crushed cinnamon graham crackers combined with 1/3 cup melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar and presed it into a spring form pan. For Halloween I topped it with black icing in the form of a spider web.
