Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

absolutely delicious! For the Sweet potatoes bc baking is time consuming and can be messy I would recommend boiling. (when cut into chunks it only takes about 15 min to cook!) Used black beans and just mashed them right with the sweet potatoes

Margaret's Keftedes (Greek Meatballs)

Very Tasty! We had a Greek themed dinner party and made these for the appetizer. The meatball mixture wasn't very firm so before rolling into balls, we doubled the amount of bread crumbs and chilled in the freezer Which helped some.
