Absolutely tasty chicken, the orange and rosemary permeates the meat. Chicken stock and beer in the bottom of the pan to cook the potatoes. Fantastic, juicy, tasty chicken. I wrapped the beer can in aluminium foil. Loved it.

Easy to make - 5 Taste - 5 Presentation - 5 I cooked the mushrooms in the butter, liquid chicken stock, parsley and added 1/3 cup of white wine, reduced it. Served with Linguine pasta on the side. Best dish ever, something you would eat in a restaurant.

This is the only recipe for meatballs I will use and I will hand it down to my children when they are old enough. Perfect. Will make double the sauce next time. Heck I'll make double the recipe and freeze some ! Definitely a keeper. Served them with basmati rice. Very tasty meatballs. I had to substitute a touch of cream for the milk. Awesome !

Total hit at my place ! I used chipolata sausages, just a sprinkle of the chilli powder and only 3 tbsp of vinegar. The kids ate the lot ! Ages 12 and 8. My parents loved it too. This recipe is a keeper. For the Aussies, I used 3 whole cans of Heinz Baked Beans in ham sauce. Will make again and again. Thank you so much !

I'm Greek and I have never had spaghetti soooooooo good. I had to substitute the parmesan for orange cheddar cheese because my husband is allergic to parmesan. But oh my, it is so good, it just had to be Greek. I will be making this forever now, it's a keeper. Thank you.

I made this with left over pork loin from last nights dinner. I sliced the loin, added the ingredients and put it in the oven for 15 minutes till the cheese melted. I just had it for lunch and it was great ! Will make again. So simple and easy and great for my Atkins diet ! Yummo !

I saw this cake on the Biggest Loser and had to make it. I live in Australia and had never heard of Red Velvet Cake before. Luckily I chose this recipe, it turned out perfectly. I made 24 cupcakes for my daughters 5th birthday and a square cake for the adults. I cut the cake in half and filled it and covered it with the icing. I followed the ingredients to a T. The cake did not crack at all. I think the secret is not to open the oven door. Next time I would like it to taste a little more chocolatey, so I'll add more cocoa, but you should have seen the Aussie faces when presented with a red cake ! I think thats half the attraction. I barely had any left. I will make this cake at Christmas this year again. It sure is stunning and well worth the effort. Thanks.

This is the best cheesecake in the world BUT I made a couple of mistakes. I didn't beat the cream cheese first then add the other ingredients, so my cheesecake turned out lumpy. I also opened the door to the oven, which gave it a crack in the middle. I used a crumb crust for the base, which was fine. I didn't add anything else to the recipe because it was sweet enough and absolutely the best tasting cheesecake I've ever had. So easy to make, if only I had done the filling correctly. Can't wait to make it again !!

My husband loved this recipe and he is a fussy eater. He asked for seconds. I am so happy I made it for him. I did stir the rice a little too much though. Not so much stirring next time as it makes the rice a little too sticky. But wonderful flavours, loved the chorizo. First time I had tried it. I made enough for 6 serves and froze half of it for another meal. Great !

Absolutely loved this recipe. Cooking it again tonight. I followed the recipe to a T and it turned out beautiful, must be patient though, it does take a while to make but well worth it in the end !

I didn't know what a tourtiere was; all I know is my french Canadian husband has been craving for it for years. We live in Australia. Found this recipe, made it and he was quite happy. Had to adjust the spices so it wasn't too bland. Would make it again.

We live in Australia, my husband is French Canadian. I made this for him and he loves it ! Today I am making it for the second time. We ate it on a sliced baguette, I just love it with french mustard. It's very easy to make. Thank you for bringing a bit of Quebec to my darling husband.

Great recipe. I added a tin of creamed corn, salt and pepper, doubled the potato and added 2 eggs. It tasted great but next time I will add a little worcestershire sauce for a bit of kick ! My five year old loved it.

I just made this soup tonight. My 5 year old ate a whole bowl full (without the parsley) and she's a fussy eater. I loved it and will make it again. Yum !
