About this Cook
I am a busy working mom. My kids get most if not all my time when I am not working. I love to cook, but I need to prioritize and finding time to cook unfortunately is low on my list. I will cook two or three times a week, both my husband and I take turns cooking.
My favorite things to cook
I love making different appetizers - I am the queen of appetizers I am told.
My cooking triumphs
appetizers!
My cooking tragedies
Not too many problems with tragedies, just a few mishaps.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Very good and simple. I didn't have lemon juice, so I used lime juice and it turned out great. I sprinkled fresh cilantro and 1 chopped roma tomato over it before serving. My husband really enjoyed it and stated so several times during our meal. Thanks for the recipe.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Very good, simple. we make these all the time and the family never gets tired of them. I think the kosher salt is a must - not table salt. I will sometimes add a few slices of chopped bacon to give it a smoky favor ( may want to reduce oil or add cooked bacon near the end of the cooking time). Sometimes I will add a clove of chopped garlic. I just love this simple recipe!
