I went to a Labor Day BBQ and everyone was asked to bring something Italian. I made this dish and it was a great hit and so delicious. As usual Phil thank you for a deliciuos dish!!!

Popcorn Balls

Instead of making balls I spread the mixture onto cookie sheets and when cooled , cut them into squares -also added peanuts to the mix. Yummy!!

Poor Man's Cake I

My mother used to make this when I was little - she called it Yum-Yum cake. It such an easy to cake to make and is delicious either heated up or cold.
