Cheddar Bay Biscuits
I tried recipe and for some reason they were not as good as original. I called my local Red Lobster and tried to get recipe from them. They suggested that I can just get some as a take-out order, I paid $1.99 for 1/2 dozen biscuits. They come in a bag with heating instructions. I only used 2 and froze the rest. Frozen ones tasted just like fresh when I reheated them. I know this is a lazy way out but the $1.99 price tag can't be beat. It cost me a lot more to buy the ingredients to make them from scratch.

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon
I love to make this for special occasions. If you have a hard time rolling up the chicken you can always lay chicken flat and add spinach mixture on top and bake. Equally good!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
I have always loved pulled pork and was anxious to try this recipe based on all the positive reviews-however all I could taste was root beer. I actually used only half the amount it called for and still the taste was overpowering. I drained all the root beer off for the last hour of cooking, and still could taste the soda. I will try it again using chicken broth as some others suggested.
