Blender Hollandaise Sauce

We tried once with a regular blender and it didn't work for us, but we tried again with a hand blender and it changed over immediately. So delicious and easy!!!

This was easy to make and I've replicated this technique many times to make other recipes "cheesy". I was looking for a recipe that had the nacho cheese sauce similar to that fake stuff you get over the nachos at the movies - this is a great substitute and I love the fact that I know it's cheese. I'll always use this when I can. Thanks!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Made these for guests, they were fantastic. The sauce is amazing. I did lose the toothpicks in a couple of the pieces of chicken, so it required some chicken disection, but even that activity was overshadowed by the fabulousness of the meal.

Flank Steak Pinwheels

We served these to a guest and they were fantastic. I had to beat the shenanigans out of the flank steak, so much that my kitchen was shaking. I strongly suggest that activity after a long day at work, exhilarating, truly.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

I made this to bring over to a neighbor's house. It was a total hit. It is true, the chicken shredding was hard, I won't lie. And even as I was shredding away, I was swearing under my breath "these better be good." And they were, absolutely amazing.

World's Best Lasagna

The only italian sausage I found in my local grocery store was in the casings, but I just cut the meat out and as I browned it, I diced it up with my spatula.

Arrabbiata Sauce

We ran it through the blender and added cream, now we make it once a week. My fiance that doesn't like pasta sauce in general or if he does use pasta sauce he puts a little bit on - with this he pours it on thick and mixes the whole bowl through to get as much sauce exposure as possib.e. It can get really spicy fast, so watch the red pepper. This is a household favorite now.

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce

I've prepared this dish several times. I've used store bought pesto instead of preparing it myself, even with store bought it came out great. I've also tried it without the chicken, I just added more sun-dried tomatoes. Just delicious. We serve this recipe with the white wine we use in it, always compliments it beautifully.
