Won Ton Snacks

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2002
These were really yummy. I like the idea of adding the cabbage slaw to the mixture and will try that next time. I omitted the peanut sauce as well and subsituted soy - deelicious! I did freeze the leftover mixture and re-used at a later date - worked out really well. Will definately make these agian!

Lap Salad

THIS SALAD IS AWESOME!! I like the noodles crunchy, so I add them about 1-2 hours before serving. Using the prepared (already shredded tri color) cabbage bags from the grocer makes this a breeze!! I substituted garlic flavored Rice Wine Vinegar and left out the chicken. Doubled the recipe and there were NO LEFTOVERS!! Thank you!!

A group of us from work volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House and decided to make this for dinner on our night. We made 3 casseroles for the entire house and almost ran out! Kids and adults alike loved this dish! So simple to make!!

Made this for Italian night and it was a hit. Everyone loved it - I did "kick it up a notch" and added more pepper than recipe called for.

Cherry Tomatoes Filled with Goat Cheese

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2001
So easy; I actually used a pastry bag to fill the tomatoes. In a pinch I once used the prepared cheese spread (Alouete etc.). Will definately make this again!!

Broccoli Bites

We decided at the last minute to make these - we had all the ingredients on hand!! They were DELICIOUS!!! We did however need to add some bread crumbs because the mixture was a little soupy. This is a keeper!
