I did everything almost exactly the same except I added sourcream to make it moist. I have done this before with pre-packaged muffin mixes. I have to say I did not enjoy eating my muffin. The muffin part was not sweet (and my blue berries were) and the topping was very heavy and there was butter running over and under the muffins. I gave it a 3 though because my adding the sour cream may have affected the taste.
