Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
These cookies were excellent, with a few changes. I used 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tspn baking soda, 1/2 tspn salt, and 3 cups of regular oatmeal, pulsed a few times in the food processor. I baked at 335F for 12 minutes and flattened the cookies a bit before putting them in the oven. These are amazing, albeit a bit buttery/greasy (but that's kind of what makes them so good!).
