Carrot Cake III
Judging from the fact that the average rating of this recipe is 5 stars, I must have done something wrong but I don't know what. I followed the recipe exactly but I ended up with great TASTING cake that looks really bad. It's sunken-in in the middle and crusty around the edges. I'm really sad because I spent $20 on groceries to make it. Hope ya'll have better luck.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II
I added a teaspoon of cinnamon. Really great recipe.

Chicken and Bacon Fajitas
Very good although the next time I do it, I'll probably crisp the bacon almost completely before adding the peppers and onions. Actually, the recipe would be just as good without bacon. Also, I used canned diced tomatoes which gave it more of a sauce. Another change I made was baking the chicken in the oven before slicing it up. Will surely make again.
