Garlic Prime Rib

We made this for our family for Easter. So easy and VERY GOOD! Love it. We will make it again. The only alteration I made was a 6 pound prime rib toast and 6 garlic cloves because there were only 6 of us. It was wonderful!

Jimmy's Mexican Pizza

This was very good! I had trouble getting the tortillas crispy and that is one thing I really like about mexican pizza but overall it was very good and super easy, will make again.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

I made this for both of my parents and in-laws house...I'm giving it a 4 because it no one commented on how good it was, about half of it was eaten at each house. I probably won't make it again.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

I really like this soup (its more of a stewp)! I didn't have a chicken and rice recipe and had been looking for one, I think I have found it. I had to change it up because I was out of some things I thought I had. I didn't have curry powder so I looked up what to substitute for it and used most of the things suggested that I had and it worked. I didn't use half and half but used some 1% milk cuz I had it, and I had to omit the sherry cuz I was out. It was still fabulous and I will make it several times this season!

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

So I have made this a few times and to be honest, I think that the recipe on the side of the hashbrowns I buy is better. I won't be making it again, its not bad at all but its just not the best.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

We thought this recipe was good, not great. I followed the recipe exactly except for I didn't use the butter to toast the almonds. We kind of felt like it was missing a little something but it was still wonderful. I will for sure make it again and add a few things, very good base recipe

World's Best Lasagna

This is a good recipe, we enjoyed it, I double the sauce (put it in the fridge over night) and I had a some left over to freeze. My husband liked it alot but he said the sauce could be better. I think its a good beginner lasagna recipe and may make it again.

Key Lime Pie VII

I made this recipe for a cookout and EVERYONE came up to me wanting the recipe or to compliment me on how good it was. I followed the recipe exactly except I used bottled lime juice. I had time so I let in chill overnight. I will make this many times this summer. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was wonderful! I made it last night. I followed other reviews and used deep dish pie crusts. I also added mushroom to the sauce when I cooked the onions, and put potatoes in with the chicken and vegetables and I cooked them in chicken broth instead of water. It was great! We will make this one again UPDATE! I added minced garlic, garlic powder and 1 can of cream of chicken soup this time, and doubled the recipe to take a pie to a friend, it was evne better than the first time!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

We loved this recipe, however we thought it was too meaty and needed more sauce with the amount of meat. We added an extra can of diced tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce. We thought it needed more tomato and liquid. It ended up being wonderful but because I couldn't just follow the recipe I give it a 4.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

This is a great weeknight recipe, my husband and I loved it! The only changes I made were that I didn't have any parsley so I omitted it and I used whole wheat spaghetti because it is what I had on hand. I will def. make this one again, its super easy and fairly quick.

Easy OREO Truffles

I know this recipe says "easy" but all my friends and I think they are a PAIN to make because it takes so much time to roll and dip them. They are worth the effort at least a couple of times a year though because they are really good and really rich!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

I made this pork for dinner tonight and everyone loved it. I think the root beer gives the meat a great flavor, but it isn't over-powering. The only change I made was that I threw in half an onion because it was in the fridge and I needed to use it up. I served the pork on dinner rolls with baked french fries on the side. I will def. make this one again...it's super simple and dinner is ready when you get home from work!

Baked Pork Chops I

We just finished these pork chops for dinner and thought they were very good. I made one mistake...pay attention to how long you are brown the pork chops. I didn't pay enough attention (I set a timer for 4 minutes) and it took less than 5 minutes for mine to brown up, so I ended up with one of side of them more golden black than brown.
