Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Very good recipe. I added a little more 'juices' to make more sauce and since I'm from South Louisiana I added a little Toni Chachere's Seasoning for a little extra taste. I also substituted the fresh parsley and basil for the pre-jarred kind and it worked very well also. The next time I believe I will use 2 pounds of shrimp because my husband and myself love shrimp but it was very good recipe. We really enjoyed it.

Very good. I was scared to add all the mushrooms because it looked like so many,I just started acquiring the taste of mushrooms, didn't want to overdo the mushrooms but I gave in and oh was I happy I did. This recipe is great. My husband liked it and so did I. I'll make this again.

This was so tasteless. There was nothing I could add to it that helped it out, my husband came home and tried making it better with no luck we ended up ordering take out.

This was wonderful. I changed it just a tad, I used 1 pint of whipping cream instead of a cup because that's how it is bought and I didn't want to waste it. I also didn't use fresh parsley but dried parsley, instead of a cup I used 1/4 cup. I sauteed shrimp on the side and placed them on top when served, it was great. Awesome Friday night meal during lent. :) I'll be making this again.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions

This recipe has become a staple in my house. Everyone loves it! Whenever I ask my husband what he feels like eating during the week this is what he asks for. I pair it with Green Bean Casserole and it is wonderful! I've seen someone say this takes more than an hour, I can do it from start to finish in 45 minutes and I think it is worth it. We NEVER have any to throw away at the end of the week!
