Curried Pumpkin Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2014
I omitted the water for a thicker texture, it does taste exotic but I really love it, including the sweetness of the apple with the curry and everything.

Easy Mexican Hot Chocolate

Maybe I should not fill the whole mug with water and milk, it tastes too thin to me. I added a little bit ginger powder in it which makes it all even better!

Baked Scallops

topped parmassan gets too dry, and easy to fall off. It needs some kind of sauce to fix them together.

Excellent recipe! Love the taste. I just added a little more celery and dry basil to make it more colorful. Really easy and delicious!

very tasty! I didn't add as much salt, and next time I might consider double the amount of cracker.

Sweet Potato Souffle I

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
Maybe I shouldn't add water when I try to mash it with blender. Too wet for me, though the flavor is really good (I cut the sugar in half)

Very mouth watering, excellent for appetizer. I didn't adjust the taste after mixing all the ingredients and it turned out just right.

Chicken and Peppers with Balsamic Vinegar

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2008
The chicken stripes are simply too tough. I'd rather marinade them with some salt and wine to soften them before putting them on fire.

Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2008
Amazingly delicious!! I can see why the author named it so, the toasted sesame is the soul of this dish! Only that it's a little bit greasy, I'd reduce the safflower oil to half the amount.

Asparagus with Parmesan Crust

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2008
Tasty, though I added the vinegar a bit late. It would taste better if the asparagus is peeled at the beginning.
