Although I am young (Only 14) I enjoy cooking whenever I get a chance. I am closer to an intermediate cook but accidentally clicked expert, so I have cooked quite a few things, so that and other frustrating cooking experiences make me an intermediate cook. My family is extremely supportive and love to encourage me, although that may be because of the delicious food they get. I have 3 siblings' and a wonderful mom and dad, I have one sister and two brothers. They always are willing to brave my new "recipes" whether they look edible or not and have never been disappointed in doing so. I figured you might like to know some facts about me so, my favorite color is blue/pink, I have a group of super close friends, and I have a wonderful family, I love to read, and I enjoy movies that enlists my abilities to figure out mystery's. my family is extremely supportive and love to encourage me This may seem like bragging about an awesome family, however I am simply stating a fact.
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy keeping it simple which means right down to the basics, such as... Chili, ghoulish, potato soup, and beef stew. Among other things I also enjoy baking which means, Cookies, cakes, and turnovers galore.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every year the day before Christmas eve we always, make ham sandwiches with whatever we want on them, than we freeze them, and cook one on Christmas eve and one on Christmas day. We also go camping in an amazing campground called outdoor adventures, most holidays including Easter.
My cooking triumphs
I successfully made apple cinnamon turnovers on the first try for a film and lit course, after watching Julia and Julie. I can USUALLY make any recipe on the first try without err.
My cooking tragedies
I have occasionally burnt some food, and when I get proportions wrong in my cakes, they fall apart, like a cookie dropped on the floor!
