Grandma Slattery's Michigan Sauce

Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

Wow - the brisket came out wonderful. The only thing I did different was I cooked it in a foiled pan on the grill. It is way to hot for oven cooking. I covered it with foil until about the last 45 minutes. The meat just fell apart it was so tender. We eat it on nice hard rolls. Excellent recipe - will definitely keep this one!

Excellent recipe - I left out the raisons and sunflower seeds - but it didn't take away from anything. Thanks for sharing, this one is definitely a keeper!

Blue Cheese Beef Tenderloin

All I can say is wow! Of course how can you go wrong with tenderloin. I absolutely loved the sauce. I actually put some on the steamed veggies I had on the side as well. Wonderful dish - thanks for the recipe!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

These were wonderful. I made them over the weekend and they were quite a hit. My husband always says my twice baked are just mashed potatoes in the skin and he really doesn't like mashed potatoes (which I really feel by the way is un-American!). But these potatoes he absolutely loved. Thanks for sharing this recipe - definitely a keeper.
