Easy Rum Cake

It's not bad for a quick cake, but a little too much rum for my liking. If you're looking for something that's got a strong rum flavor, then this is your cake. If you've got some time on your hands try a different, more from scratch recipe. Also, I opted for a different frosting- chocolate, which was yummy.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Awesome! These are fluffy and yummy! I add an extra tablespoon of sugar, because I like them sweeter. But absolutely delicious!

These are flat as pancakes and very cakey. The taste isn't bad, but the texture and presentation are bad. Won't make again.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

It's really good, and tastes to me exactly like the Tollhouse dough. My boyfriend said he wouldn't have known the difference had I not told him. I'm still looking for a more homemade taste.. but this cookie was no doubt delicious.

Bread Pudding

Awesome and yummy! There was a lot of sauce... so I recommend serving the sauce after each piece has been placed on a plate so that each individual can decide how much they want. (If you are eating it right away, which really is when it tastes the best). I added more vanilla. I will definitely make this again!

Banana Banana Bread

Pretty good, but not sweet enough for me. The texture was perfect though- exactly in the middle of firm and soft. If I make this again I'll probably add at least another 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
