Cake Mix Cookies IV

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
As a gift for friend who like german chocolate cake, I made these cookies with german chocolate cake mix and made sandwich cookies with coconut pecan frosting in between. My husband thinks they are better than the actual cake!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
I liked this crust. I took others advice and used 1 1/2 cups more flour, only 1 egg, added baking powder, and about a tbl spoon more milk. I sprinkled a pizza stone with corn meal and rolled the dough onto the stone until it was the right size and about a 1/4 inch thick. Then I rolled up the edge just a little and baked for about 6 min at 400. I then removed it from the oven and added my toppings and cooked another 10-15 minutes at 400. It came out crisp and yummy and didn't stick to the stone!

Easy Pizza Sauce I

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
This was just okay... I thought it was too thin and too oily. If I made it again I would cut the water even more than I already did (I cut it by half) and I would probably omit the olive oil entirly. I just prefer a thicker sauce. The flavor was pretty good though. My husband liked it a lot.

Chip Chicken Lollipops

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2009
I made these last night. I followed a couple suggestions such as adding a little seasoning to the chicken before hand and I used Sour cream and onion, chile and lemon, and goldfish crackers as coatings because we all have different favorites for chips. I was not really impressed with the flavor of the sour cream and onion ones (kinda blah), but my husband liked the chile and lemon ones and my 3 yr old loved the goldfish ones...that could have been because they were pretty since I used colored goldfish. Overall the recipe was okay, but not something I will probably make again.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2008
This Chicken is fantastic! And so very easy to make. I followed a couple suggestions such as cutting the olive oil down to just about a tablespoon (I could probably just leave it out entirly) and I omitted the Seasame Oil because I didn't have any on hand. Also I used the liquid from the crock pot after the chicken was completely cooked to make rice and it was amazing! My husband loved it and so did my picky 3 year old!

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
This is soo yummy! It's winter now so instead of grilling kabobs I just used small chicken breasts (marinated the same way) and cooked them on the george foreman grill. Really good...husband and 2 year old loved it. My husband can't wait to try the recipe on kabobs in the summer!
